With almost 30 years’ experience in the Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) sectors, Jason is a specialist in business transformation and strategic funding with a proven track record of leading and sustaining organisational change.

Nathan is one of the original founders of Blueprint and is the Chief Finance Officer. With over 20 years experience in the FE sector, he has proven expertise in education transformation. Having had a successful career in both the public and private sector in implementing process redesign and funding optimisations Nathan has developed extensive knowledge around funding and planning, audit compliance, resource management, examinations and the student data journey.

As one of the original founders of Blueprint, Oli, for the last seven years, has led the development and delivery of our data management services. With over 20 years experience in education and skills management, he is also the product owner for our DMaaS service.
Oli specialises in improving organisational effectiveness by implementing business transformation processes. He has considerable expertise in business planning, funding and audit compliance across public and private sector organisations, including leading on a newly established Blue Chip Apprenticeship provider to establish and maintain effective quality management systems.

Colin has worked in education since the incorporation of FE colleges 1992. He initially led the development of MIS data teams and administrative services across large colleges in the Midlands, and before joining Blueprint he spent 16 years developing and delivering education solutions at two of the 'big four' consulting companies where he has used his experience to develop and deliver efficiency and effectiveness services to the FE and HE sector. He has worked on a wide range of projects supporting the development of vocational education through projects such as ILR’s data quality, the HE data landscape with HEDIIP, the development and delivery of the evaluation programme for the KSA’s International Technical Colleges, the 2021 review of TRAC, and supporting the development of Cambridge and Peterborough LSIP. Colin is an advocate for developing skills analytics to provide place-based and employer-led skills supply and demand reviews to increase opportunities for employability through the alignment of employers needs and the education system.
