With over 25 years’ experience in the Further and Higher Education sectors, Jason is a specialist in business transformation and strategic funding with a proven track record of leading and sustaining organisational change.
Nathan Gillott - Director
With 20 years’ experience in the Further Education sector, Nathan has proven expertise in education transformation. Having had a successful career in both the public and private sector in implementing process redesign and funding optimisations Nathan has developed extensive knowledge around funding and planning, audit compliance, resource management, examinations and the student data journey.

Ussman Zafar - Director
Ussman is a delivery focused Project and Business Development Executive with a proven track record of delivering year on year growth for the organisations that he has worked for and represented. With 16 years’ experience gained within the education, digital and communications sectors, Ussman is able to identify and realise business opportunities. Ussman has worked on local, regional, national and international education projects and has significant experience of successful bid writing and project management.
Matthew Pinches - Director
With over 30 years’ experience in the Further Education sector, Matt is a highly skilled manager, having had a successful career in a variety of senior management positions in a number of colleges. Matt specialises in employer and wider stakeholder engagement, business growth, strategic planning and standards and effectiveness.
Olivier Playe - Director
Graduating into senior management roles within the big four food retail companies, Oli has spent the past 15 years within the public sector, with the majority of this time being spent as a manager in Further Education. Oli specialises in improving the student experience and in developing organisational effectiveness by implementing business transformation processes. Oli has considerable expertise in business planning, funding and audit compliance.
